Place was pretty clean. Small and organized. Guest were a nuisance and I barely got any sleep but Cheryl did offer to help with my next stay as this was not one of my best stays due to a tournament that was being held for children. I got a hotel to get away from my kids and got stuck listening to at least 10 of them at different times of the night and morning. But the hotel itself was nice and clean and the staff were kind.

"Awful experience- MUST READ"

We had a terrible experience! We were double booked and they didn’t call to let us know! The front desk woman knew we were double booked and we informed them of a late arrival. They knew as soon as we came in who I was. Despite having my information they didn’t call to let me know there was an error. The front desk woman became rude when I asked to speak with the manager, Michelle and Michelle wouldn’t speak with me. It was beyond unprofessional and now I have to do the work to get the third party booking company to give me a referral. They also stated they were waiting for 5 other parties to check in but wouldn’t give us a room because we booked through a third party. So unprofessional. Please make sure you have a room before driving. All hotels in the area were sold out because it was Columbus Day weekend.

What I chose for breakfast was very tasty.

What could have been better are more vegetarian options. Like veggie meat for breakfast, such as some veggie sausage.

The location was perfect, close to everything with several good restaurants close by. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great value!!

The breakfast was good but not great. For the price, however, probably on par. The beds were comfortable but why were they so darn high ... had to jump up to sit on them and I'm 6'.
