the location

When we booked the room we thought for sure we were getting breakfast included in the price. That is the number one or two criteria for selecting a hotel for us, first is location, next is quality of breakfast. We were extremely disappointed to learn that it was not included. I know what i booked but failed to check it immediately after booking. Also, there is no furniture in the bathroom, no vanity or shelf to put your toiletries on, only some towel racks, not even hooks to hang a bathrobe, seems rediculous. The building is old and tired.
