"Functional flat, well located, scary contract to sign with strange rules."

Pleasent, convenient, well located. If you go to a balcony and stand sidewise, you can see a bit of sea.

View over other appartments (very close) that make you want to keep the shutters down all the time. Very scary contract that they ask you to sign and force you to write on paper details of your credit card for big deposit. Not allowed to dry things on the dryer on the balcony. Limit of how much electricity you can use per day. Not a good idea per se and it does not even expain what it means in real terms (can we switch on the heating or air con without fear of going over or not etc). We really did not like very strange and scary contract that they ask you to sign.

Went to Malta with my wife and 4 year old boy. I was so impressed on how booking team handled our stay in Malta. First time in Malta and enjoyed every second. The hosts are reachableany time of day that gave me piece of mind to focus on enjoying our vacation

The noises from traffic but that was 1 day put if 7 days

"We had a great time in this apartment."

This apartment was great. They organised a driver to pick us up from the airport (additional cost but reasonably priced for 4 people + luggage) and allowed us to check in early. The driver gave us the keys and showed us around the apartment. The apartment has a lift so no need to carry all your bags upstairs. There is a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so there is great space for 4 people. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. We had a great time and recommend this if you are thinking of Malta. The location is great as it is only 1 street away from Tower road and the waterfront and it is close to the bus stops.

The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak. Also with the split system, the batteries in one of the remotes were flat and I had to swap them with another remote to get them to work. Minor detail, but they property should check this occasionally.

The apartment was near the public transport, easy to find, very clean, very well equipped. The surround area was quiet.

Love that we had a bathroom. Each rooms were a good size and handy location.

My fault, but I thought it was on the other side Selima closer to the Ferry , it had a funny smell in the bathroom at times, and there were no complimentary tea , Coffee, salt , pepper soaps or moisturises
