No microwave, no fridge in the room. The ventilator in the bathroom makes this terrible noise. Bed sheet old.bed not comfortable

The bathroom light had a shortage, some of the plug sockets didn’t work. I thought we would have a refrigerator, and the air conditioner wasn’t really working.

Would not stay here again. People banging on doors in middle of night, police activity in area high. Front desk manager seemed miserable when checking us in.

It's good for the price Nice for a quick stay

A quick glance the hotel is nice. It's clean and simple. Front desk clerk had to reassign our room. We were originally in 240 and the mattress was beyond horrible. When you sat on at you went straight down completely to the platform. They switched us to 243 and those beds were acceptable. Really wish the rooms had queen size beds instead of double beds. Save the time and go to McDonald's for breakfast.

A waste of money. This can’t be called HOTEL, it’s more like a Motel at best, screams cheap and greedy owners. U would think a room at $200 per night will have basic stuff like mini fridge and microwave, well not at this place, and they have the audacity to describe their rooms as luxury rooms.It’s 2025 and much more affordable places have it, For the price point guests shouldn’t leave the room to heat up their food around random people or not have access to cold beverages in the comfort of their “luxury rooms” the one microwave in laundry area is shared between all guests**. The ac was extra loud, room was extra small and the bathroom faucet gushed water everywhere when in use. Also one of our beds smelled terrible, as if bedsheets/comforters weren’t fresh, it had dried blood stains all over; requested new ones and guess what? They couldn’t even bring it to my room, I had to go get them and change everything myself, past 10pm. Mediocre customer service, also they have ONE key per room, no key cards, just old school keys, we and a bunch of other people had to wait like 20mins after checking in for staff to remove the steel keyhole cover. Will not recommend or stay there again.
