"FILTHY and will steal from you"

DO NOT STAY HERE. Should’ve checked reviews first. We checked in to find our two rooms filthy. All beds were stained and dirty, and two of them had clear BED BUGS and blood stains. Rita at the front desk absolutely refused to refund our money and went as far as telling hotels.com she wouldn’t authorize a refund. Took our money but wouldn’t allow us access to the rooms for pictures to get a refund on our credit card, even when the POLICE asked to accompany us to the room. That’s right, they refused to allow us to get a picture for a refund even with the police watching us. Refused everything except to keep our money. All of this is simply their “policy.”

It was 105 degrees the day I arrived. The air conditioning was OFF in my room and it was 105 inside the room. Took several hours to cool off. They need to turn on the AC, especially for people, like me, who have reservations and have pre-paid. It was miserable for 3 hours. Disappointing stay.

THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS VERY NICE IN THE MORNING WHEN CHECKING OUT.

Room never got cold.The a/c unit would turn on and off blowing cold air then hot air. Spoke to the front desk and he said that's just how it worked.

The room had a fowl smell but the hotel was sold so we couldn’t move. The next morning found the culprit….. rotting, moldy food in the microwave. The office called my room at 11:30 pm to ask me if I had a cat. I told them I had dogs at check in. They were determined I also had a cat. Extremely rude! Next morning I saw a cat in the window of the room next door 217 to be exact.

I liked the location . (Reversed sentences) Air was also off and took 3 hours to get the room to a comfortable temperature.
