Nothing at all. Went to try and stay for the night was 12 midnight. The man speaking to me through a camera said check in was at 3pm so couldn't stay with our kids cause it wasn't check in hours. Went the next day to check in and was said we would have to pay more cause we had our two children and it only was for 2 adults. Yet there page states the same room I reserved cost the same amount even if I added my children 😐 Rude staff and so unprofessional. I WILL Never go back to this place.

Everything. Have never been treated so rudely like we were from this hotel.

"It was terrible, for a getaway trip we were expecting a better quality of a stay."

Honestly just the receptionist was the nicest part, just cause he moved us rooms.

Honestly it wasn’t what I expected, the first room was a smoking room and it was absolutely nasty, then they moved us to a non smoking room and it still had a smoke smell but it was a little better. The blankets were stained, only one bed had a comforter, the shower barely worked and the tv didn’t work. We were there for a softball tournament and my husband was looking forward to the hot tub but it was cold. The bathroom was a tight squeeze the door was super close to the toilet.

Someone left broken pills on the floor on outside of bathroom, so vacuuming wasn't good, makes you wonder what else was left behind. Fridge and microwave could have been plugged in. Especially the fridge, we weren't a drop in. Not being allowed to take the free breakfast out of the building is not friendly. I prefer to eat privately. Area was safe, conveniently located for us.
