Said 24/7 desk when it’s not a check in closes at 1am when I called. Even though after investigating email it said midnight? Trash place with terrible customer service

Everything thing was good ,beeds seemed a little worn out

The two times I've stayed at this property, the rooms have been clean. The women at the front desk have been helpful and courteous.

There was dead roaches all over the room, the white towels were brown! Dust all over the room. I had to get bug spray and Lysol wipes and clean the room before we settled in. There was a half inch gap on the bottom of the front door. So any bugs could crawl in. I also lysol-ed the beds down just in case of bed bugs. No coffee filter for coffee maker. Bed was hard. The pool was brown and looked like it needed a cleaning. The best thing about my stay was their half way decent continental breakfast. Delish coffee, baked goods and fresh ready to make waffles. The ac was cold however we were put next to a smoke station so whenever someone was smoking outside, their smoke would be sucked into our room. The tv remote did not work and no manual power button either. I expected a lot more from a hotel that I was paying 3 figures to! But since it was a busy weekend in town, the hotel staff didn’t seem to care about their guests comfort. I did let the manager know my disappointment in their hotel. They didn’t seem to care!

Poor service, smoking room and they blame booking.com, made a comment that that’s what you guys want is a cheap room, appeared part of the hotel was remodeled, but not the crappy smoking room they put me in! Dingy, old towels! Hot tub didn’t work! Subpar breakfast!

This property is located by the freeway next to places to eat and close to attractions.

Stay was okay. Not allowed visitors and we weren’t notified prior to booking we came to see our daughter in college and was told we couldn’t have visitors she stay in a dorm room this is really something Expedia should add to description

Hotel was decent. Front desk check in was simple and staff was nice. The blanket on the bed had numerous burn marks and holes from what appeared to be cigarettes. The bathroom shower didn’t drain. Additionally, the room I was given was not the same as pictured in the listing I booked.
