Clean, modern hotel. Location out of the immediate city with good access to surrounding attractions and the airport.

Staff languages were more geared towards Chinese and Korean visitors. The hotel manager (Bond) very helpful though.

Staff are thoughtful, friendly, and professional. Room and public spaces are bright and cheerful. We've stayed on several trips to Chiang Mai. Consistently reflects excellent value.

Bread at breakfast was not fresh. Small fitness center. Room lacks an explanation of how to control the lights and the air conditioning which are both complicated. A good 10 minute walk to Maya Plaza.

All especially facilities and the illogically hotel procedure. The facilities actually are very old and look like without any maintenance. The water pressure is very weak which only water drop comes out from the shower. The shower temperature is not stable. Don’t trust the photos which the swimming pool does not the same as the photos shown by the website. The sound insulation among rooms is not good too and you will hear clearly what is talking of your next room.

"Uncomfortable stay"

stylish hotel, very instagramable. 5 stars services for the reception supervisor. Kind and polite. Also, for the bell boys, they are very helpful.

Unfortunately, there is a reception girl called Fay, she is very rude to customers. During my 4 days stay, she never greet, or smile or even look at me in the front. Treat customer like air. Showing attitude that make me feel being discriminated. She is polite ONLY to the customers comes from US or Europe. For other Chinese customers, advices to you, think twice before you make the booking. I hope management in future hire the right people, not those who don’t have a service mindset or simply a racist.
