I haven't stayed in a Holiday inn in over 30 years. I guess I was expecting 1990's decor but when I walked in I was surprised and very happy. I think this short stay might have won me back. Great job to the desk staff who greeted me warmly and checked me in quickly.

"High-end, spa-like touches - a great surprise!"

Lemon-lime spa water upon arrival is all I have to say! Dove products in the bathroom/shower. A huge mini-fridge, and easy access to the stairs to take my dogs out. All of these nice touches really add up and make a big difference to a tired road warrior on a cross-country trip. The cinnamon rolls at breakfast are perhaps the best-kept secret. Don't miss them! Excellent stay.

The walls were a bit thin - I could easily hear the voices in the next room through the (locked) shared door into the wee hours of the night. The AC unit, despite being set relatively low to cool the room down, never really cooled the room down.
