"Couldn’t check in without power, still no refund!"

The power was OUT so we could NOT check in or stay and could not get a refund! I will never try to stay again and I will make sure everyone else is aware of this situation!

Good location to take a break from driving. The room was fairly clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Pricey room. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Walls seem thin, and we could hear other guests.

Holiday inn was great. Booking.com not so great. I booked two rooms which shows on the app but Holiday inn only showed that I had one room reserved. Not sure who’s at fault but luckily they had rooms so I was able to reserve another room.
