Breakfast room was too small to accommodate all the people.

The location was conveniently located within all the shop and restaurants

Customer service, housekeeping horrendous. The bathroom smelled like sewer/stinky. When I mentioned to staff, housekeeping came and agreed that something noxious was stinking up the bathroom. I was then given a febreze spray that just masked the scent. Second night my daughter was cold checked the closet for extra blankets. Nothing. I go to the front desk ask for extra blanket. Im told did you check the closet and state yes. He says we dont have extra you have to wait until 7 am when housekeeping comes. Mind you its 1 am. By 7 am its breakfast time and daughter is up. No longer needed. Breakfast, disgusting and tasteless and cold. I dumped most of it out. Had to get breakfast at local diner. The whole time I was getting food being watched like it some culinary masterpiece. Last thing that broke the camel back. The morning of departure. A little girl nearly drowned while me and my daughter were at the pool. Mom started screaming and I started screaming for help. No lifeguard around but enough staff watching the spectacle. No one comes to assist. Maternal instincts kick in and me and the child mom pull her out of the pool, on hands and knees before she sinks completely under water. Will never ever stay at this establishment.

The hotel does not have shower benches that someone who cannot stand at all can use. They only have tub seats which have several inches in gap between the wheelchair and the tub seat. A person who cannot stand at all cannot transfer onto one of these inside a tub. Secondly, the room that they provided me for my stay had the bathroom so small that the only way a wheelchair user can access the tub was to sit on the bench facing the back of the tub. There was no way to get on the shower bench and face forward in the tub. Therefore, I needed help to access the water controls for the shower.

They offer a complimentary breakfast so we did not expect it to be phenominal; however, it was more than adequate. We do not eat a large breakfast, so juice and an english muffin, egg and sausage patty was more than enough. There was cereal and some fruit which was nice, and yogurt. The woman working in the breakfast area was very pleasant, kept it well stocked, and helped my husband with the waffle machine. which was most appreciated.

in the breakfast area they maybe could have had a few more homemade bakery items. but we realize that it was the end of the season and the hotel was not very crowded so we understood they may not have as much as in the height of the summer.
