El olor a cigarro que estaba en el baño

Es bastante céntrico muy serca de los lugares turísticos

Alas 4 de la madrugada las personas de alado no sabemos si estaba discutiendo o era la televisión tan fuerte se escuchava parecía que estaban peleando y agarrandoce a puños... y las camas parecía que estábamos durmiendo centados muy mala calidad las camas

Check in was very quick and easy. Room was nice. Bed was a little hard, as were the pillows. Overall. Nice stay

Very uncomfortable:( the beds sounded a loooot and the towels were dirty, even tho I went to the reception for change them, one of the “ clean” one had smalls hairs on it !

I didn’t like the beds and the hygiene

Room is dirty with visible stains on beddings and towels. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with strong musty odour of the room. Used towel hanging behind the door, hair in washroom everywhere. Staff is kind and polite so it's merely just the cleanliness that needs to be improved.

The room was ok. It served its purpose. The guy that cleaned our room and checked us in was friendly and helpful.

When we arrived we thought they were closed. No cars in the parking lot and the office had a sign that said they were closed. So panic set in since I had already paid for the room. But then the guy cleaning the rooms came and checked us in. Because there was a maid cart in front of our room we parked our truck facing the pool to unload our stuff when another guy came out and said we had to park directly in front of our room. This was a little tricky since we were in a truck not a smaller car and our room was at the end of the building so we would have to park between the building and the dumpster/fence situation so had the lot truly filled up we would have been stuck. Luckily that didn't happen but I have never been told where I HAD to park before so that was off-putting. The next day we left early to go to Niagara Falls State Park for the day. When we returned that afternoon neither of our room keys worked. So again, the same guy came out and asked if our keys didn't work and he had to go reprogram them. While these are "little" annoyances when you are traveling they feel bigger.
