Rooms are very nice and up to date.good breakfast..

Had bad experience with guests on my floor being loud and opening n closing door every minute from 1030 to 3am..so I didn't get to sleep until 430am...I told front desk next day and all they offered was 10% off which is a joke..I wanted another day so I can tactically get sleep..was very bad experience...

Clean comfortable rooms

No pool even though it’s advertised The price should reflect what we are receiving

The breakfast was very good; the room was comfortable with a couch being a plus.

The bathroom was very small with no counter space and the mirror in the corner over the sink made it a little difficult to actually focus when putting on makeup.

The room had no bad odors—and no smell of air fresheners or cleaning supplies. The mattress was comfortable. The room was clean. The coffee was good. I liked the scrambled eggs and sausages

The bathroom fan was far too weak. I nean it was ridiculous. It created very minimal sucty. The problem is : people whose hair curls up from humidity are not easily able to dry their hair because the bathroom remains humid for a very long time after someone takes a shower At breakfast: The bagels were old (as usual). There was a pancake machine but it was not available to be used. It would be nice to have melon or cantaloupe available
