Breakfast and location

We found bed bugs on 2nd day. Room 211. Informed the front desk and the only option was to leave early. Very rude manager about your issue, almost like it was our fault. She kept saying we’ve never had this issue before and would only offer to let us leave early. Was not good enough because now we had to find another place and get clothing washed and figure out what to do when I was here to see my new grandson. They will not compensate you at all and is very rude. Think twice about staying here.

Unfortunately there was a power outage in the morning that meant some in our party had to walk up and down the stairs.

A great value for money and convenient location.

Everything was just right.

The location of the hotel was good, easy to get to and very close to the event we attended. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fresh and the pancake making machine was pretty impressive and fun to watch.

Although the room was fresh and clean, the layout of the bathroom and sink area was disappointing. Using the sink area was distracting and disturbing as it is open to the main room area. By turning on the light to use the sink, it lit up the entire room making it somewhat of a disturbance to anyone trying to sleep or watch TV.

Decent breakfast every day.
