Not appealing from accessibility, run down property in the process of renovation. Would not have booked a stay here for any reason, torn carpets, torn elevator floor, torn carpets in the room. Paint in process in the hallways, torn and wrinkled carpet in the hallways, overwhelming air fresheners throughout the hotel

The staff was amazing. We loved the girl when we checked it. Great coffee!

There was a lot of homeless presence near the hotel.

I used tap to pay to pay for my deposit on the room. Was told it would be returned to me upon check out. At check out the lady at the desk said with it being a Tuesday, it should likely be back in my account in 1-2 business days. Friday I call in, they say 3-5. Monday I call in and after finally getting a manager on the phone, she says it’s been returned, to a card I don’t own. It’s now Tuesday, I have verification from my bank what card was used, as I don’t own a card they’re claiming paid the deposit. And, the manager is only here between 12-2 everyday. I now have to take off work from 12-2 to sit in front of the hotel and hopefully catch her to get my deposit back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

I stayed for one night had to pay a deposit of $50 refundable an then decided to stay another night I had to check out of the room I was in an then check back in an pay another $50 deposit an wait 24 or 48 hours after check out for my deposit back an still waiting for now my $100. Never have I ever experienced this ever at any hotel.

Stayed here before. Was clean, and good staff. But neighborhood has gone down hill. Staff keeps automatic door locked if they are not at the desk to keep homeless out.
