Shower was cold kept going off

Quiet location , bus link into town was a bonus as we don't drive , house was quiet even though there were other guests , loved the pool , sauna and Hot tub and the guest kitchen was great

If I was being picky the pool was a tad cold for me but other than that it was excellent stay here

Great location and accommodating host. Good facilities, handy communal kitchen and nice that some breakfast staples (bread, eggs, jam, coffee, tea) were provided for guests. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Pool a bit colder than we are used to, but nice to have the option and the kids still enjoyed it. Carpet has probably seen better days, guessing it's had a lot of traffic and not easy to maintain with the property being by the beach.

We've been here a few times well about 5 times we love it .Paul the owner is always super polite and helpful and the service he provides is amazing we have never had any problems and he always goes up and beyond

Location, with views across to Berwick upon Tweed and the bridges.

Perfect location for me. Arrived a bit early, but was welcomed. Help with luggage. Guided tour. All great.
