This is an amazing guesthouse right beside the beach. The view from our bedroom window is beautiful, the pool is perfect, the host very friendly and informative.

Right on the beach. Our room overlooked the sea. Very clean and tidy. Very good host. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Can’t fault this property at all.

Superb stay. The communal kitchen has all the necessary tools, and Paul leaves cereal, bread, and eggs for a self-catered breakfast. The best part is the view from both our room (Dragon) and the kitchen. We did not use the pool, but it looked very well maintained, with showers and changing cubicles. The TV is massive and the bed was super comfy ;) Highly recommend staying here for a few relaxing days while in Berwick.

Right by the sea which was stormy, beautiful and dramatic. Our room and the kitchen provided a great view. The property is really nice with themed rooms and great self-catering facilities. The hosts left a generous breakfast of fresh bread, eggs and milk.

There was nothing not to like.

Lovely stay, with aesthetic, clean, and comfortable rooms. Shared kitchen was well-looked after and quiet, and other guests were polite when we bumped into them. Pool was really nice (if shallow) and having a sauna and hot tub for the price was exceptional (all also well-maintained). Beach a 30 second walk away. Host was really helpful and accommodating as well.

Bit out of the way - not super convenient without a car, though the host was very good with helping us organise cabs. Being right by the sea makes up for this drawback though.
