Room clean, bed comfy, quiet. Hot and cold breakfast available. Definitely would stay again.

Bathrooms very small.

Breakfast was sub standard compared to other Brand hotels in the same category. Products served were the least expensive that could be out in order to have all the “breakfast categories” covered. Felt cheap, and especially for the price we paid for the stay!

The room we were in had a sink that drained very poorly. The metal strip on the bottom of the bathroom door was missing 2 screws resulting in the metal flapping around. Could have been easy to cut your self on it! There was rarely anyone at the desk. The sign was out to ring the bell. They spent a good amount of time smoking and talking out side in the parking lot.

Front desk agent was very aggressive and borderline harassing me because I didn’t know I had to pay a pet fee.Went to go grab food and left my phone charging in the room.When I got back I noticed a couple of missed calls from a number I didn’t recognize and no voicemail.Not to long after I got a call from front desk saying if I had a dog with me,I said yes and wasn’t aware I had to pay a fee.I was told I had to go to the front desk to film out a form and pay the fee.I decided to shower before I went and I could he the phone going off.He kept calling even as I was walking out my door to go fill out the form.It was honestly unnecessary because I told him I would head over in a bit.I didn’t know it was something urgent.Other than that breakfast could be better and rooms need to be deep cleaned.

No oversized parking on site but across the street is available
