Mezza Hotel

I expected much but the room description was different from the actual room. I was disappointed by the way receptionists handled the situation.I think they took the situation very lightly.There was no elevator too and no one helped in bringing our things to our room.But I like the housekeeping staff who tried to explain and was nice to us.

Quiet place/area

The place does not have an elevator which is a pain especially if your room is on the top floor; my room was. Housekeeping is only performed if you ask. During my stay I asked for the room to be cleaned 3 different day, one of those days they forgot to clean it. The area is somewhat far from the center of the town. The road, which leads up to the hotel's entrance is in bad shape. Lots of huge pot holes.

The staff were nice and very accommodating. The location is good also.

There is no elevator, it is challenging for the senior citizens to do the stairs everyday, we stayed for 3 days. Very low pressure on the shower.

Pay at location

No lift they expect a pregnant woman (6 plus months) to walk up to the 3 rd floor there was ants everywhere all over the bed the floor and the small desk there was two adults and a baby in the room and we only given one towel to operate the air conditioning you had to stand on the bed

It's really close to the mall bus stop in Marbel you could walk if you wanted to. Its also near a convience store and a short ride from the mall while being on the main drag. The rooms are small but clean and updated.

Accessible and clean. Accommodating staffs.

There’s no elevator, no complimentary drink (even bottled water), no (at least) cups and spoons in the room.

Clean

No free at least 1 bottled water. No cups for drinking in the room. The key card expires within the day which is kinda frustrating coz we’re on the 3rd floor and we have to go down at the receptionist floor by stairs.
