shower barely useable. very weak pressure. Front Desk clerk who checked us in was rude

The AC and the lighting is good

First, the staff could have been more accommodating. Everytime we come in the hotel, no one greeted us. No sense of hospitality at all. No briefing of anything upon check-in. We were just informed of the 200php deposit. No information of the area, nearest places to visit or cafe inside the hotel. In terms of cleanliness inside the room, the garbage basket near the dresser has a garbage bag, however the one in the toilet doesn't have. The bidet sprinkler is very dirty. No one made up the room even when we stayed for 2 nights. If slippers are not part of amenities, at least offer an alternative as to how or where we can purchase it.

New & Clean

No lift. Luggage has to be pulled from downstairs to up. Poor staff.

I have to checkout on the third day afternoon because of emergency reason but they won’t give me refund on my remainder four days. So they charge my credit card for one week. Booking.com should cancel their affiliation on this establishment.
