The bed was very comfortable. I had to call front desk because TV wouldn't work. She came by and was very helpful. Said TVs are outdated, so she had to push a bunch of buttons to get to the correct HDMI for it to work. Carpet dirty, and bathroom also dingy looking with poor lighting. I didn't like that the room front door was outside. More like a motel. Didn't feel safe especially with homeless living in a car close by. Dead bugs in light fixture above bathroom sink. Food was only luke warm this morning.

Check in was staff was nice

The trash in my room was not emptied, the mattress was old and way too soft. Hurt my back now i have to see my chiropractor.

"Super nice hotel!"

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too. We had a great view of the river, and could sit on our balcony in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee.
