Location and friendly staff

Breakfast bar was just okay. However, Gentleman in charge very nice and friendly.

In all my years of travelling and using hotels, the lady on reception here was by far the most friendliest, professional member of staff I have come across. Nothing was too much trouble for her and always happy and smiling.

Sounds like I am finding fault, but the water in the hotel pool was way too cold. For an indoor pool I didn't think that was good enough.

Great property with very clean rooms—definitely 5 stars. Overall, the place is very nice and offers plenty of parking. However, I did have one uncomfortable experience when I found a housekeeper’s cell phone and charger left in my room. I hope the hotel will work with staff to ensure they have designated spaces to charge their phones, rather than using guest rooms. I value my safety, and finding someone else’s phone in my room made me feel uneasy. I would also prefer if staff members were asked to cover their tattoos. Seeing visible tattoos makes me associate them with danger, as in my opinion, many people with criminal backgrounds have tattoos. This is, of course, just my personal opinion.

Everything is absolutely perfect other than staff service at desk in night. Enjoyed breakfast.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Definitely wil return. Excellent!
