The front staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean, friendly staff, reasonable breakfast and convenient to travel as a family with our dog to attend our daughter’s college graduation.

Friendly and helpful staff. It was not noisy like the other Holiday Inn Express we stayed at other places.

The breakfast room was quite small so it was very crowded.

Holiday Inn Express New Columbia is an absolute HIDDEN GEM in 1 of the most special places in America. Im military for 39 years, and with that said, I stay at Hotels all over the world. Holiday Inn Express in New Columbia is unequivocally MY FAVORITE Hotel Stay -ANYWHERE! My Mom lives in area so I frequently stay here & when I inevitably have to leave - Im always wishing I had "1 more day." The new renovations are phenomenal but what makes this particular Hotel / Holiday Inn Express - SO SPECIAL is not the paint on the walls, carpet on the floor or new modern furnishings (all of which are beautiful). What makes Holiday Inn Express - New Columbia SO VERY TRULY SPECIAL is the absolutely phenomenal Crew that manages this exceptional Hotel establishment. From the Managers - Sherry & Donald, on down, to a one, each Front Desk Professional I encounter including for example Dear Sharon who is always super Friendly and accommodating, to one of the newer Teammates Jakob who went above and beyond, taking care of my every need to ensure my comfort and convenience, which is especially noteworthy as I had a delay in my travel and didn't arrive until after 3 a.m. Jacob ensured I was safe on my travel with a number of calls to check in with me on my arrival time, and then on my super late arrival he ensured my room was exactly as I wanted, on his own volition he also provided me extras to accommodate my needs & helped me arrange for a late departure considering my need for rest. In addition to the Front Desk FAMILY the Custodial Staff, also to a one, are hard working and caring and go above and beyond to ensure everything is not "just right" but they truly make everything PERFECT. In short - the New Columbia Holiday Inn Express, because of the ALL-STAR - EXCEPTIONAL TEAM providing care and comfort to travelers, this special place absolutely feels, without flaw, like every time I come stay with them, Im coming to stay with FAMILY. And in my opinion, there is no more comforting feeling than knowing you are WELCOME by FAMILY. Huge KUDOS to Sherry, Donald, Sharon, Jakob, the Custodial Champions and the whole Team at New Columbia - Holiday Inn Express. The owner of this Hotel can rest assured that their property is in the absolute BEST HANDS. And this is why, whenever I visit Central Pa.
