Staff was great and facilities were clean

We booked the hotel because it had a pool but upon arrival were told the pool would be closed our entire stay. It would have been nice if that information was available ahead of time.

The stuff was friendly and welcoming.. They helped with any issues we was having.. The waffle maker was a plus but I wish the breakfast was of better quality

The pool and one of elevator was not working.. The carpets in the hotel looks dirty or very old..

It was dirty and the facilities were not kept up to standard. The pool heater also did not work, leaving it useless. The front desk's response was "The pool isn't broken, you just need to be able to tolerate it." Not very helpful.

Value hotels need to do three things well: (1) Provide clean rooms, (2) make sure promised amenities work, and (3) keep the coffee hot. This hotel had cleans rooms.

Not working...one of two elevators was working. Two of four W/D were working. Pool was open but heater NOT working so cold and unusable. Common areas were dirty and coffee was cold. Too many things wrong to consider staying here again.

The location and cleanliness

Pillows and bed were uncomfortable, only 1 working elevator, lack of hot water, lobby smelled of weed.

Location was good for us.

Floors were dusty and sticky in room. Noticed dust around door when I first entered room. Tile was a bit sticky and carpet should be shampooed. Otherwise the room was clean.

The hallways smelled really strong of weed
