Quality Inn Fort Mill near Carowinds Blvd

My boyfriend and i had our 3 boys (his 11 yr old and my 11 and 13 yr old) plus his childs 11 yr old friend and we had an amazing time. Felt safe and comfortable enough to let our kids eat up front by themselves. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Will be staying thete again when possible.

Location was good...1 of the 2 beds was needing replaced.... breakfast was good.. will stay again.

UNPROFESSIONAL HOTEL STAFF AT FRONT DESK. Rooms were reserved through Booking.com. My employees stayed here for two weeks with no issues then on the third visit I was harassed via telephone for more money even though the rooms were PREPAID through Booking.com. The first phone call was for a $100 security deposit and the next phone call was for the cost of the second room which was PREPAID. I had to cancel the rooms online. The staff was demanding and rude. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

The staff was wonderful

In the room the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There should not be dried up urine at the bottom and sides of the toilet. The shelf at the front door was loose and hanging down.

Probably one of the worst places i have ever stayed at. It was dirty a d very sketchy outside and front dest was not nice at all

Front desk was very nice the room very clean. Only thing I didn't like the housekeeping came to my room at 8am

It was cheap

It was not cleaned. Still had a partial quart of milk in the mini fridge. The toilet wasn’t secure to the floor. Had absolutely no water pressure. The whole place smelled like mildew, weed, and cigarettes. Yet there wasn’t supposed to be any smoking. The pool was green and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all summer.

The lobby and rooms are pretty good but the other areas definately have more wear than acceptable and some areas just dirty.
