Están en construcción y siguen trabajando, la habitación estaba en medio de pintura y polvo. No me parece que no les importe la estancia de sus huéspedes. Polvo, sucio y ruido no es lo que se busca cuando te hospedas en un hotel

I paid for a king smoking deluxe room and ended up with a double bed plain room. Was told they were booked up on all the king beds, yet thats not what I booked. How did I get this room from start if they were booked?!?. And submitted a complaint and still nothing. No compensation or anything
