Clarion Greenville Airport Inn

I honestly thought was a solid b_. It was a. Clean, i had king smoking and mine had king bed and couch pullout bed. I felt had enough space. The bathroom was spacious had handicapped bars which was great however the toilet didnt allow for a wheelchair unless did side transfer. Shower had bars . *needs a plastic liner got shower curtain soaked and floor * the water pressure was low for rhe shower not tub but the sjower head also leaked * the tv didnt work wasnt set up didn't need more then 2 hrs so no big deal, no ashtrays in-room for smoking, bedding was nice for hotel, the pillows are fluffy flooking small squares but lay on then and they go flat seems standard bring your own pillows. Had shampoo and conditioner and soap samples in room there was decent bar breakfast daily with menu posted cleaning services on day 3 of longer stays. The outlets in the lamps by bed and tv were way too loose to hold any phone chargers and couldnt find others to use either. Had hair dryer. Had in room ice bucket and coffee maker cups condimets 4 coffee. Fridge witb small freezer and microwave worked well. The ac worked amazing had outside fenced in area maybe for pet near stone picnic area convient to everything right by highway and there was waffle house in parking lot of the hotel rooms were outside facing. Not inside. Lobbh and staff was very nice. I appreciated the manager helping me check in. Didnt use it but had shuttle daily i did see driving back and forth.

The staff is aloof. The wifi and cable never work, i paid for a smoking room on the ground floor, i was moved on the 2nd day to a non smoking room on the 2nd floor. I will never stay here again.

Property was under construction

Newly remodeled, clean, and comfortable rooms. The front desk staff were very friendly. I forgot my toothbrush and with everything closed, since it was late, I went to the front desk to see if they knew anyplace open. They gave me a disposable type toothbrush! Simple things like that mean a lot. My adult son ate breakfast both mornings we were there and he said it was good. Door sealed well to the outside and AC was cold. No stale cigarette smoke or any other odors. Overall for a budget friendly weekend, it was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. Great job Best Western!

Check-in was quick and easy. My room (115) was updated, but the air was barely functional. Set on 62°, and the lowest temp was 75° at about 3am. When I checked out at 11am, it was 80°. I let the front desk know when I was checking out. If I were staying more than one night, I definitely would've had to be moved. Also, the floors were filthy, but the bed was clean and comfortable, at least.

Only problem is no smart tv
