Breakfast was ok. Variety good. Area clean

Carpet smelly. Room had an odor.. Room 309 sink water just a trickle. Shower was difficult to adjust water temp. Needs lighting over the sink so I can apply makeup and comb hair. Booking.com charged me 3 times for the room after they assisted me with the booking then charged 220 dollars to cancel 2 of the bookings. I paid over 500 dollars totaled to Booking. Com for a 2 night stay.. I will never use them again and will share my experience

Staff were very good. The beds were comfortable.

We were in room 111, you could only get very hot water until morning. The toilet was not fastened properly. It rocked and moved around. The refrigerator was unstable.⁶
