"Overall it was fantastic"

The lady in the breakfast area was amazing. She was so sweet. She talked to us like we were family! So very very nice.

When we checked in the clerk at the front desk made us wait while she was finishing up some paperwork but she was polite once she helped us.

Clean rooms and friendly accommodating staff the next morning.

Evening front end clerk didn’t know how to process prepaid room and declined the entire pre-rented room and then wanted me to wait until she checked in several other people behind me. I didn’t receive the original room rate that was cheaper and had to pay extra for last minute.
