"* bathroom was clean"

We missed breakfast because we didn’t know it ended at 9:30? We arrived downstairs at 9:25 & the kitchen area was cleaned & food was put away. It was closed early which caused us to miss it

* Baseboard stripping behind door was peeled away and dangling. * Sitting chair was small & not comfortable * bedding (coverlet) appear to have been worn

The only complaint I have is that on two recent stays, I left the room to eat breakfast and when I returned to the room ( around 9:30AM), I was locked out. My card no longer worked. The front desk had to reprogram it.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. It's great to have a shower, as opposed to a tub/shower. Lighting in the bathroom was great. We stayed a Saturday night and enjoyed a bountiful breakfast (included!). Eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, breads, bagels, good coffee and plenty of healthy options, like yogurts with all kinds of toppings. Thanks for a great visit!

Our room key cards stopped working the morning of our departure, but the desk personnel fixed promptly.
