Very noisy. The laminate flooring made the noise level from the room above very miserable
USUSFriendly, familiar staff whom seem to get along well with each other. Breakfast provided was really good.
A housekeeper left after her shift without vacuuming a pile of debri in the hall in front of the door next to mine. I had to pass & see it for 24 hrs. Noone was available to take care of it. Ugly.

The water temp for hot water took forever the water pressure was low on it. And the people above us was so loud that we couldn't enjoy our stay or sleep that night. We told the night clerk and hoped that would end the noise above us. But it made things much worse because they got louder. We had no sleep at all. The night clerk didnt really care about it and just made excuses for the people above us. It was the worst night ever. We were so tired the next day made our trip long. Won't recommend this place to anyone.
