Days Inn by Wyndham Covington

Very nice stay and great overnight stop

Bedding was dirty, there were cockroaches running out the hotel room, i seen 2 of them. Refrigerator was dirty you can open the door from the outside even with the latch on. Very disappointing experience i will never stay at a Days Inn again!!

Room was not very clean. There was a half bottle of whiskey in one of the drawers. The maids obviously did not clean very well. The carpet is very worn, with holes and there’s too much moisture in the room. A lot of condensation

Rooms weren’t cleaned well. There was a whiskey bottle in one of the drawers with alcohol in it. The other room had smudge marks all over the place. The carpet was rough in both rooms, but the walls have been repainted. We had to change rooms once because there were signs of bedbugs in the room.

Upon first entry the room appears nice and clean. Under further observation the bed linen had holes, blood stains and mold/mildew stains. There was black mold in the bathroom, drywall damage around a light fixture and the bathroom vent was not properly installed. The smell was stale and not fresh. We did not stay the night and checked out after an hour and trying to locate other accommodations. Request a refund. I have pictures if you need proof.

The person at the desk was very hard to work with with my check in and claimed there was no other rooms available except the upstairs that was randomly assigned. Room 105 right below me was available and was not offered I don't appreciate being told I have to stay in a room to go upstairs when there's ones downstairs that is not accommodating.
