Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sevierville-Kodak, TN

I loved the indoor and outdoor pool.

I didn’t like that I had to check out after my stay. I wanted to live there.

Great location, hotel (indoor entry into room), safe, friendly front desk woman, great hot breakfast-lots of options.

Food kept running out. Not enough space for guests to sit and eat

Beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for us.

There was hair in one of the beds and the shower. One of the bathroom lights was broke, and the surfaces in the room were visibly unclean. Also we were under the impression there was laundry on the property which there was not because the machines were broke. We would not have stayed there if we would have known that. Also 2/3 of the staff we were in contact with were very rude.

room was great. when we left i forgot my insulin in the fridge in the room. i was 5 hours away and worried. i called the hotel and the man who answered the phone said he would run to the room and see if it was there. he did and he kept it refrigerated till i could get back three days later. great customer service
