The door keys are aggravating, had to go get it fixed a few times , it’s a pain , why not use keys or something not so aggravating and not work 3/4 of the times

Friendly front desk peeson

There was only 2 lights that worked in my room...bathroom and light on wall. The remote control had so much electrical tape on it and barely worked.

Check in was easy

The rooms were absolutely filthy. Every surface had finger prints. The bathroom door had dirt fingerprints all over the front and back of the door. The bedding had cigarette burns. The corners of the floor and around the edge of bed have never been vacuumed or mopped. There was a spiderweb above the sink with bugs in it. The alarm clock and table had a layer of dust. The light fixtures had a collection of bugs. I wish I could add more than 4 photos.
