La Quinta by Wyndham Loudon

Asked for a quiet room, but was put right next to the elevator

My wife, 3 year old puppy and myself stayed at this hotel on our way home to Toronto from Florida. Firstly, let me say that the small town of Loudon is extremely beautiful and quaint. Check in was easy and once settled we left the hotel and found a beautiful leash free park for our doggy to run around and enjoy all of the smells of the Tennessee doggies. We picked up some yummy Italian food on the way back to the hotel and enjoyed our dinner is a clean fully-equipped room. After a 11 hour drive, we thoroughly enjoyed a quiet, restful night of deep sleep before heading out in the morning for the next leg of our trip home. Breakfast in the am was your standard LaQuinta fare, appetizing but not great. Coffee was good and the breakfast area was clean and neat. Overall we would highly recommend staying at LaQuinta Loudon Tennessee.

Pool Hot tub

The breakfast was ok but lacked a few items other hotels have. Bagels, mini-muffins, fresh oatmeal (not instant)

Mold in shower - dirty bathroom - low water pressure

location was great not too far off I75. Very clean comfortable room. Coffee in the dining area was great

Coffee maker was of poor quality.

Room and staff great. Breakfast marginal.

The location and breakfast where amazing. The cook / kitchen staff were delightful.

There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Both bottles were empty. Which was very disappointing. And I told the staff that the water jug by the front door was empty the night we got there. And in the morning it was still empty and there was no water. The staff did not seem happy when I was telling them this and I did not find them friendly at all. The staff at the front desk, especially the woman does not seem to have customer service experience. I felt uncomfortable talking to her.

Based on pictures I thought the rooms would have carpet in them but it was a bonus to see hard flooring in the room! Staff were super friendly and the pool was warm, would definitely book here again!

Tub would pool water whenever taking a shower and the drain did not go down so I couldn’t give my kids a bath, just a shower. Breakfast was average but decent sized seating for eating!
