The room the phone wasn't working and shower handle was broken couldn't move it to get cold water . It was more hot then cold water due to the handle was broken .

"The worst experience I have ever had."

This property had roaches in our hotel, the manager called me a monkey, and the manager would not refund me or transfer me to another Country Inn, I have contacted booking customer service and I have submitted the proper documentation proving I paid for my stay and they still have not refunded me. This was the worst experience and I will not ever use booking .com after this experience. I will post videos online to show how this hotel and also how booking treats their customers.

The room was dirty, smelled funny, horrible coating of dust on the ceiling fan….I should have taken other pictures! I was afraid to touch doors throughout the hotel because of the filth. The bathtub looked horrible and needed to be replaced. Towels were stained. I will not stay here or recommend it to anyone. We checked out early and no one seems to care about the complaint.
