"Perfect spot to stay if you are here in West Houston for medical reasons or a comfortable room."

We have stayed here every other week for a few months while my husband has cancer care at MD Anderson. The Bistro is nice with great food and we have been treated so kind by every single person waiting on us at the desk. So glad we found this gem!

"Good overall experience because of the staff."

Friendly staff. Especially the bartender. He was exceptional.

The carpet seemed damp when you walked across it. The bad curved downward at the edges. In other words, it wasn’t a flat mattress.

My first time at this Courtyard hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff have been so amazingly hospitable! When they see me in the lobby or the bistro, they even stop by to say hi and ask about my day. I was late for breakfast and the front desk clerk made me an Americano even though the bistro was closed. My room is clean and comfortable and everything works, including the high-speed internet. Very happy that my friend suggested this hotel!
