The actual room was the best part.

The breakfast buffet was not cleaned and tended to properly until breakfast time was over. Its best you get to breakfast before the crowd comes. The area was completely left trashed and very messy by other quests. The hotel staff did not care to clean the area nor appear to refresh the breakfast buffet until breakfast was over. Complete mess.

"Roaches and continuous running water in bathtub!!!"

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Roaches roamed the bathroom and dressing vanity. Reported first morning there and no response. Only comment by staff--- Ok. I let them know!

Price of room. Night clerk was very nice. Towels were brand new.

A lot of BUGS in the room. Toilet seat was very loose. Should have been an easy fix if someone cared. The room at an odor that smelled like covering up smoke. The side of tube at cigarette burns. Floor tiles are lose and buckling.

Room was very clean

Not something you feel safe. Breakfast room was not getting cleaned. 2pm I saw it last and breakfast ended 9 am.
