Staff Breakfast Location Bed was comfortable

The rooms have a mildew scent.... I traveled with family. And all our rooms smelled the same. But we got air freshener. So we were good

No sitting chair, no desk and chair, room so small couldn't pass a wheel chair from handicap bathroom into the actual room. Staff wasnt interested in accommodating my needs.

"Not impressed at all with the stay. Mold and dust/cobwebs in bathroom, Room and Heater smelled."

The breakfast was not that good, and the coffee was like drinking hot water.

The bathroom had mold and dust/cobwebs on the ceiling and wall seams. The room smelled stale. The heater smelled when turned on. I was not impressed at all, and it was rated as a great stay. I have paid less and stayed better in other places.

There was only about 2 cars checked in on my side and I was the only one in an upstairs room. The front desk told me I have to be upstairs. And I didn't understand why when it was only two cars in the parking lot.
