"Temperature "

The a/c unit was broken and made my room extremely humid and hot. Requested to move rooms but they could not accommodate. It made my stay very uncomfortable that led me to stay awake all night with no rest.

We always stay at the Quality Inn in Marshall Texas so we have watched the property improve over time. Now it seems the renovations are declining. Overall the property is good for short stay.

The front desk personnel were great. Bridget on Sunday, but especially the hostess when we arrive Friday 7.11th. She went out of her way to accommodate us. I can't pronounce her name.

Walk way could use power washing.
