Estamos a 19 de Septiembre, me cobraron un depósito, la hospedada fue el 6 para salir el 7 y no me han reembolsado aún, ya marque en 2 ocasiones y a la fecha no tengo reflejado ese dinero en mi cuenta

"Never spending my money here again, staff was absolutely terrible"

Decent location, wanted a room for the pool for kids

Guy working was rude, told us only 2 pool towels and I have 4 kids. Mind you they charged us the deposit saying towels were damaged or missing which is an absolute lie. Nothing was damaged or missing at all. I asked for a room near the pool which 90% of the rooms were empty, he put us on the opposite side. Terrible customer service
