Ramada by Wyndham Odessa Near University of Texas Permian

This place has character, and charm. She's aged, gracefully. She could tell you when men wore collard shirts with jackets and ladies left more to the imagination. I would not do a double-take if I saw 007 (you know who the right one is) stepping out with a stunning minx on his arm. They have a mini golf course and a ping pong table. The "new" manager is quite motivated to make improvements and has implemented changes in landscaping, TV cabling and reception, and, most importantly, installed mini-split HVAC units in the rooms. I stay in similarly priced hotels for work often, they all wish to at least maintain the status quo, reaping the profits but not reinvesting that in the property, other than security cameras. I get great front desk service, clean bedding and toweletry, clean floors (bare feet!). This actually is, my "home away from home" as is mentioned in the description. There may be better that can accommodate me for the same price, but they don't have the character and personnel of this facility.
