Holiday Inn Express - San Antonio Airport by IHG

Shuttle service from airport was very helpful. All staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast pretty good for a free hotel Breakfast, only hotel breakfast muffins that I wasn't disappointed in.

Layout of the hotel was a little strange. When tired from trip, I found myself walking in the wrong direction a few times. Nothing a little coffee couldn't fix.

I like the staff, very kind and supportive; the location; the dimension of room; the cleanness; the breakfast.

The hotel miss a place where easting something decent for lunch and dinner.

Did not stay long enough for the breakfast.

It was a little dark outside. Parking in the back, was a better option, however an area was closed due to some sort of construction. That did provide light, but it was still a bit dark.

Amenities and the promotional bar in the afternoon for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday was awesome surprise. Breakfast was good too

Some of the guest were noisy and leaving trash in random places like the parking lot. I guess since it’s cheap you will get classless guests sometimes. Other than that the staff and amenities were great

Excellent staff, room clean, central air worked perfectly, entire facility was well managed. There was construction but even with it being on our floor, it was NOT aggressive at all. Close to many dinig options nearby, literally 19 minutes from base, and 6 min from the airport. EXCELLENT choice!
