My key card would not lock my door! Single women and they didn't care. Everyday I would tell them but they never fixed it the entire time I stayed there. Will never go back.

Red Stained carpets, wholes in the sheets, loose locks (anybody could get in), and no usb outlets. Out of date appliances.
Elevator was broken. Requested first floor was not granted. (Handicapped). 1st room reeked of smoke. 2nd room had roaches. Cleaning people didnât speak enough English to know we needed towels and coffee. Lighting was good in the parking lot, halls and stairwell.
The breakfast đ was good i would have liked if they had yogurt not sure what coffee they use was not very tasty
Property is very aged. The whole building is kept very warm. My room A/C barely kept the room cool. Crickets everywhere in the building. Breakfast was really good. Probably won't stay there again.
The first room we were put in had a horrible heavy smoke smell. We went back down and was reassigned to another room. The smell was no better. The blanket on the bed had what looked like blood stained and a dead bug smashed on it. The couch was stained and nasty looking. Just felt very dirty all the way around.
Check in lady was super nice. Rooms were clean and spacious
It smelled like mildew and the AC barely worked.
