Overall okay we didnât have enough towels at first then we inquired about one of the shower but it was resolved quickly
Wonderful stay
Good location, nice staff, very good breakfast and comfortable room. Internet was good and it was free. I stayed for 4 days and all the staff members were very helpful. Close to freeway. I was there for work related and I have to have Internet and their Internet was up all the time. Definitely stay again.
Staff was beyond rude and very unprofessional. I left hours after checking in
The front desk woman was extremely rude. I checked out without even stating my full stay. She had no bra on at the front desk and again was very rude to me. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager and refused to give me her name.
Great
The toilet plumbing was un hooked so not working no water. Crumbs in my bed so no laundry done. Front desk was friendly and when I notified of issues he did apologize and said sorry.
The hotel was being remodeled. Light switches were grimy, bad tile job in bathroom. All lamps have been taken out & recessed light installed that the front desk didn't even know about. Not a wonderful nights stay. Breakfast was ok but still would not recommend this hotel.
Room was clean and comfortable. Guest service over the top friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.
The front desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was surprisingly very good. The morning clerk wasn't as friendly. The hotel itself is very old, run down and needs a lot of work.
