The person at front desk was not customer friendly and had no clue where things were. It took him over 40 minutes to finally get us checked in even though we were the only ones there. The key did not work. We made several attempts until we were able to get the door open. The room smelled like smoke and mildew. The ac was loud which made it hard to sleep. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable

Nothing about this place was good.

The manager took FOREVER to check me in. He didn't ask about any pets or service dogs, and I traveling with my service dog. When he saw the dog, he came up to my room and pounded on the door multiple times. I told him I didn't feel comfortable opening the door because of his anger, and I asked him to call me. He never did. He then argued that I had a pet and would not give in until I provided documentation (which I have never been asked to show before) from my doctor about why I needed a service dog. Later, a tenant (maybe?) would not stop loitering around outside and every time I got something from my car, he was staring me down. I finally just told the manager I was no longer comfortable staying there, but he refused to give me a refund despite all of this. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT SAFE!

I made my reservation late at night. It was meant for that nights stay. When I got there to check in they told me they couldn’t find my reservation, so he called Hopper and they told him it wouldn’t show until 6am. So he made me sit outside for 2 hours mind you I Uber over there with luggage and it was hot and humid outside at 3:30am. When I turned 6am I went back up to the window to see if I could check in which he then allowed me to as I had to be at work in 4 hours!!! They had no compassion or even tried to help my situation. The room was full of bugs in every corner and crawling in the toilet, sink and shower but I needed some sleep. The next day they told me “oh you need to pay a $30 check in early fee” like what? Really? My reservation was screwed up from the get go and he made me sit outside for 2 hours in this humidity then has the nerve to tell me I need to pay a $30 check in early fee. I was NOT satisfied with my stay, the property is gross and the rooms are filled with bug traps and bugs everywhere. This place is way OVER priced for that and the lack of conpasssion and not even bothering trying to help my situation better.

The service wasn’t great. The place had bugs. Very noisy A/C. The room had bugs… Roaches…

This was a convenient spot for us to stay while visiting some family. The hotel felt safe and was in a good location. The mattress was harder than I’m used to and had a body sized dip on one side of it. The only blanket was super thin and old, although it was so warm and muggy we didn’t need anything heavier I guess. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the humidity nor spread the cool air throughout the whole room, so it was difficult to really feel comfortable. A fan would have been helpful. The price we paid was cheap enough that I can’t complain too much as I value a sense of overall safety more than amenities, or perfect conditions.

TV didn't work, wi-fi poor, toilet handle broke (could not flush) - overall a 2 out of 5 rating. The front desk agent was, however, very friendly and helpful. He even changed my room upon complaint about the tv.
