The rooms are nice

The fact that there no breakfast they promote it and they should lower the price because they don't carry this aminity at the facility

Too many homeless in the hotel,that’s why my car got scratch in the body from someone else. Please provide camera on the parking spot.

No breakfast. Location was ok for my needs.

Property is in poor overall condition.

Like the location it was in bc it was literally 5 minutes away from where my Son needed to be for his basketball event. It was also close to stores , food locations, and attractions so I didn't have to burn Alot of gas.

Sheets were old and tatered cigarette burn holes in them and those were the replacement sheets I requested for. The first pair were very dirty, and you can even see a dirty foot print on the sheets like a human print not a animal paw but a human foot print. Sheets aren't expensive they should be replaced regularly with brand new ones. The tv didn't work that well. Most of the things in our room was stabled by little pieces of wood. The front door was lifted so far off the ground you had to shove stuff in front of it so nothing could get in. Also plenty of ppl were sleeping around the property in there tents . Shower pressure was like showering with a water hose .

Front desk was pleasant. My a/c did not work. He tried to problem solve. It wasn't so hot that I couldn't manage.

Roaches. Room reaked of cigarettes. Mattress was put on plywood, hard as a rock. Lights didnt work. SKETCHY things going on in the parking lot. No breakfast. But, as filthy as it was, all I was after was coffee.

It has a bed and an ac unit
