Liked the hard surface floor much better than carpet. Requested a handicapped accessible room-had to go down stairs, no wheelchair accessible shower, the toilet wasn't ADA hight. When I reserved the room, the reply said my requests were met, nope. I can usually count on Super 8 to provide for my needs. Not this time. Will be checking out other lodging facities.

Air conditioner worked great, bed was comfortable, hard service floor
