The property is very nice very comfortable

Staff calls every morning even if you don’t ask them to and is wanting you out by 10 o’clock, even though checkouts at 11 turn over the room for the next guest, but next guest check isn’t until 3 o’clock and every room is completely stripped and waiting for you to get out of your room at exactly 11 o’clock standing by the door knocking sometimes

It’s affordable. It’s very clean and staff is pretty nice.

I’ve spent most of my life working in the hotel industry, including in hotel spas, so I’m very familiar with basic hospitality standards. I also don’t write negative reviews lightly. There are things I genuinely like about this hotel. It’s affordable compared to other hotels in the area, the breakfast is consistently available, and for the price it’s a comfortable enough place to stay. However, there is a serious privacy issue here that has happened every single time I’ve stayed. The owners or family members who appear to run the hotel repeatedly open the door to my room while I am still checked in. This has happened before checkout time, even with a Do Not Disturb sign clearly on the door. One time the door opened while I was in the shower. Other times someone has opened the door right at checkout time and stood there asking if I’m leaving. This has not happened once or twice — it has happened every stay. On top of that, the room will often receive phone calls early in the morning (around 9 a.m.) asking if I’m checking out, even though checkout isn’t until 11. The same person frequently calls claiming they meant to call the room next door and says something like “Is this 207?” when it’s actually my room. This has happened repeatedly enough that it no longer feels like an accident. To be clear, this does not appear to be housekeeping. Housekeeping has always been kind and professional. The people entering the room appear to be ownership or family members working the front desk. Anyone who has worked in hospitality knows the basic rule: you knock, announce yourself, and wait for permission before entering an occupied guest room. Opening a guest’s door without warning — especially while they are still inside — is a serious breach of guest privacy. I actually like this property and that’s why I’ve stayed here multiple times, but the repeated room entries and early checkout calls make the experience uncomfortable.

Clean comfortable decent breakfast pretty good deal compared to other places although the front desk guy in the morning had an attitude problem and was kind of rude definitely not fit to work in hospitality
