The room was clean, and the location was convenient to the W&L campus. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The ice machine on our floor was out of order, so we had to go downstairs to get ice. A little inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. The bathroom was tiny, and the sink area had very little counter space. Breakfast was disappointing, but we didn't go hungry. For what we paid, I expected a bit more breakfast.

The location. Friendliness.Resturants near by, one you could walk to. Would definitely stay there again if we where to pass that way again.

I would have liked a ground floor room The Inn was full.

"This stay was not good."

The room smelled like smoke to the point that we could not sleep. Right outside of the room was dirty with trash on the floor. It was way overpriced. I would not stay there again.
